Sabbatini lives in Montserrat out at 1-30 and 820 on the west side.

He is still a member at Colonial as far as I know. His wife is still listed in the directory and his membership was always under her name anyway. But I have never seen him out there really except around the tournament time.

Jason Day moved to Ohio when they had a kid to be closer to his in-laws etc but has been back to Colonial a few times. He was great to everyone when he was in Ft Worth from what I can tell and is missed out at the course.

Ryan Palmer is a great guy and plays a lot at Colonial when he takes time off from the Tour. He always makes a point to talk to people at the club, which I am sure a lot of pros would not do.

I wish both of the JJ's would spend more time at CCC really. We spent a lot of money upgrading our practice facilities last year for the tournament but also so the local pros would be happier with it when they are in town off the weekly grind.

JJ Kileen is a member and I have seen him a couple of times. Seems like a nice guy also but he is not there a lot from what I can tell.

Henry does most of his practice at Mira Vista it seems, which I get because they have a nice practice facility.

Overall, we have a great bunch of pros from Ft Worth and when you add the guys that call Westlake/Vaquero and Flower Mound home - a pretty solid group even if we are not up to par with Orlando or South Florida right now.

Colonial should be good this year. With the guys who love the course for the need for shot making like Furyk, Zack Johnson, and Vjay and the young guns that are hot now like Fowler, Kutcher, Na and Mahan it will make for some watching.

Palmer is from Amarillo originally, Sabbatinni, Killeen, and Henry all do most of their practice at Mira. Both JJ's live close(Henry inside the gates and Killeen close) and Sabbatinni likes to get out and play in the morning when the course is empty. when Jason Day was living in town he spent every morning of the winter between the 10 and 11 season on the back of the range beating balls and using the chipping green.

Hoping Henry can get it done tomorrow. he has worked hard on his game the last couple weeks and its obvously showing. spending a lot more time on his wedge game which is by far his biggest weakness.
