...Didn't realize that Baylor is on a 17 game win streak and is 13-0 in the Big 12.
Big year for Baylor. Glad they're getting it all out of their system before July 1.

Absolutely no denying that Baylor is playing well, but their hot streak says more about how mediocre the Big 12 is this year than it does how good the Bears are.

I was mainly alluding to the whole Heisman, RGIII, Griner deal (along with baseball). Just glad it's now rather than after TCU joins the Big12. Can't argue with your assessment of Big12 baseball.

Texas has been finding their stride more recently, like TCU. Lots of arms on that team, young arms. No bats, and I don't think they are going to actually get any reinforcements in that department to campus in 2013.
Nick Williams, Steve Bean, Spencer Edwards, Austin Dean, CJ Hinojosa, Wyatt Mathisen, and Courtney Hawkins. You think ALL seven of these guys are signing this summer?

You are right, I shouldn't have said none.
I would guess Dean, Hawkins, Hinojosa and Williams are most likely to sign.
I would guess Mathisen could get talked into it, he just seems like the prototypical too-early pick... Super athlete, strong and accurate arm...
Maybe Ben Johnson make it to campus, do you think teams will dock him a lot because of his bat (approach, too long, needs to keep bat path more consistent)? Who knows.
Edwards and Bean probably will show up.

I don't know if all of Baylor's Success can be summed up as the Big 12 is down in baseball this year. A lot of it is BU has not played the 2, 3, and 4 teams, TAM, UT, or OU, yet. The schedule was very much in BU's favor. OU is down however.
Today's game against Kansas State in Kansas was suspended due to lightning in the bottom of the 8th with Baylor Down 10 to 8 one out with runners on 1st and 3rd. If time permits it will be finished after tomorrow's game. If time permits. It is very possible the Bears cold lose this series against the Wildcats.
I will say this, however, to date "ALL" Baylor Teams have played in post season and post tournament games. Men's and Women's golf, Softball and Men's Tennis may be in jeborady of breaking the streak however.

Yeah TCU beat them good in Fort Worth
And why did you not also fairly say that BU beat TCU 7 to 1 in Waco this year? Wished there could have been a rubber match. Good news is next year there will be.

You obviously aren't familiar with Bonner's work. And why did you not also fairly say that BU beat TCU 7 to 1 in Waco this year?

I won't deny that I cook up most of the purple koolaid around here, but I don't unfairly hype TCU. Of course, it helps when TCU has had nothing but good teams since I started attending the school

BU did manage to sweep Kansas State for their 5th straight sweep of a Big12 team. They have currently gone on a 19 and 0 run and a 15 and 0 run in conference. The Bears, however, did that against the bottom 5 teams in the league. They have not played TAM, UT or OU. TAM and UT have both swept the Sooners this year. Baylor has played 3 more games than TAM and UT. TAM and UT have four more series to play while BU has only three left to play. That is to the Bears advantage. Texas and TAM have not played each other either.
I honestly can't wait for the Frogs to join all this fun. I am truly a TCU fan second only to my dearly beloved Bears. I live in Keller so I am going to make it a point to listen to your games against Texas A&M and OU.

Why don't you just drive over and watch the two of them that are in Fort Worth. Cheap and easy.
