Never got the email for the stadium seat selection can someone post a link

Same here and yes I have 10 tickets and high priority pointS. Even checked my spam folder not there either

You had to send in your renewal. They sent them out in January and they were due by Feb 6 or something.

You did not have to send in the renewal. You only had to send it in if you were grouping or you wanted to select in a method other than online. I didn't send it in, and I got the email.

Umm. No you did not. You only had to respond if you wanted to group.

I'll have to read the letter again, but I thought you were confirming your renewal. If you did not respond you were not renewing. That is how I interpreted it. Either way - better safe then sorry.

I'm pretty sure it was said that if you did not respond then it would be assumed that you were renewing online and that you wouldn't be doing the "group thing".

Just to be safe and make sure I got face time I sent in mine and didn't depend on the if you didn't respond they got the message. I leave nothing to chance and the good graces of inaction

You were actually wasting your time. The letter was clear and direct. NO need to respond if you plan to renew.

Good for you. Had I not been on vacation when I received the packet, I would have sent it in as well. But I was, and I didn't. I still got the email. Nothing was left to chance, as you presumed.

I called the ticket Office and mentioned that a few of us on the KF.C didn't see the email come through, you may want to check you spam filter as all the emails to season ticket holders went out on Friday. They resent my info and I am looking forward to picking my seats on 4/23!

Well.... I don't have the link either. Long time season ticket holder, 4 season tickets, Point ranking is 860 something.... I always take my material to the Frog ofice and turn it in to them.


Just discovered they have an old email address on the form........ I have already called this morning.


Hope to purchase tickets in sections 104 or 105.......


I willl be going to TCU on the day and time appointed and select/purchase them onsight.

Also have tickets to Men's and Women's Basketball and Baseball...

Lucky to be retired and spend a lot of time at TCU....
