Every single at bat has to be a good one against UCLA, thought we made a lot of mistakes at the plate after the big 1st inning. Cole does seem to struggle a little with command so making him pitch in 2-0 counts or 2-1 counts is key to giving yourself a chance to beat him.

It sounds a little big like our staff. Purke is definitely the "phenom," but for much of the year you could argue that Maxwell was the "ace." And Winkler has more than held his own as well.

I like how one of the guys on TV said that you would expect Bauer to be left handed based on his quirkiness.

If we have first or second with no outs and we do not bunt against Cole, then I will be very disgusted. I think you almost have to bunt in that situation if you are TCU.
