If I were to want TV at my new house, would I have to open a separate DirecTV account or could it piggyback somehow on the one at my house I live in now?

I was told today that I can't be a pastor today because I don't have a wife and for me to be effective I need to get one soon.

Not unless you run a really long wire from your current house to your new one. Otherwise you are a separate customer.

Why can't he do a Slingbox? I think Go knows about that. Our neighbors did that for their daughter when she was at school.

Probably wouldn't help your cause, but you could tell them you were trying to keep your options open for getting into priesthood ...

DirecTV will move it to your new house for free, but then it won't be available at the old house.

If you're going to buy a bride, go Asian. Much more servile and slightly less crazy than a Russian. Just make sure you actually get a woman. This is aimed at anybody and everybody here.

1970 Teenage wasteland.

In the book The Kinks: The Official Biography, Davies says that he was inspired to write this song after the band manager Robert Wace had spent the night dancing with a transvestite. Davies said,
In his apartment, Robert had been dancing with this black woman, and he said, 'I'm really onto a thing here.' And it was okay until we left at six in the morning and then I said, 'Have you seen the stubble?' He said 'Yeah,' but ...I think.

Tremendous tune. Love the Kinks. Underrated band.

A middle aged black lady went off about it.

I waited too long to do anything.

O.K. No biggy then.

Hey............leave the dish for your Mom and pick up a nice bundle deal from a cable provider. Most of them will jump through hoops to get and keep a customer nowadays. At home I pay 102.00 a month for.........30 meg net, phone service to anywhere in North America, with call waiting, answering service, ect ect,...AND...........Basic expanded cable with HD, and the HBO and Max tier.

Thats pretty good in my book. Phone, Cable, AND Net for a hundred bucks? Not bad at all.

I'm moving to a community with 110 people about 10 miles from civilization. There is no cable. There is more livestock than people.

When the closest civilization is my current hometown, 10 miles is the middle of nowhere. It's almost halfway between Athens and Palestine on Texas 19. Our county only has about 40,000 non-institutionalized residents. The rest are residents of the state at the 5 jails and prisons on the 20,000 acre Coffield Farm.

I do have cows as neighbors. I live between my chech, the VFD, Community Center and Baptist church.
