Has anyone seen my specialty plates?

One had the black plate (I think it was the star plate) that read TCUFRG on a black Tahoe/Suburban.
The other read 2BEAST on a Smart Car. Hurts to miss that one.
BTW, I too am not happy with Trader Joe's. It took me 10 extra minutes to get to Calloway's.

My buddy in HS was only able to afford an old Geo Prizm, and his license plate frame read "Real mean drive Geos"

Now that's pretty funny!
I can only assume that 2BEAST is short for "2 the Big East."

I was thinking "Too Beast", as in this car is too beast. I hear the kids are saying "beast mode" these days

I hate to judge a book by it's cover but the guy driving didn't strike as one who be able to identify Lil Wayne in a lineup with four white guys.

Oh the phrase has been around for about 10 years now. Lil Wayne has invested several things, but this was not one of them. Just saying he has mass appeal.

In his defense, it is his wife's car.

In my defense, I was really tempted to by some tickets to Lyle Lovett in September that PBS was peddling for about $200 bones each. So I didn't mean that as a desparaging remark. In fact, a friend of mine played at the Levitt Pavillion in Arlington the other day and we were joking that he needs to play in front of the PBS crowd more often because they actually have money to buy CDs and merch.

Just thought it was a good way of describing one of those types of people. I'm always looking for humorous ways to make fun of groups of people, and I will use this one

I have a whole PBS routine that would kill on amateur night. Maybe I should nut up and do it some day. The whole pledge drive thing drives me crazy. I'm watching something on the Civil War and all of a sudden some old dude with a bad combover breaks in and tries to sell me the VHS collection of the program I'm watching and a coffee mug for a $125 donation.
